Nashville Hot Dill Seasoning

Recipe for Fried Chicken:  In a resealable bag, combine 1 1/2 cups buttermilk with 2 Tbsp seasoning. Add 1 lb. of chicken, seal the bag, and marinate in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. For best results, marinate overnight. When ready to cook, combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 1 cup flour.  Dredge chicken in flour mixture and fry (or bake) as desired.
